Pulmonary Solutions needed a way to “CUT COSTS” in the “Respiratory & Sleep DME Industry, we needed to reduce expenses. As a DME owner I needed a way to cut costs, as we all know employee salary, PTO, taxes, etc… is one of the highest expenses of any business. I contacted Mr. McClendon for a reference, only finding positive outcome using JKM services. The #1 area that intrigued me was their “Live” calls re-supply service. I was very hesitant due to the off shore, accents of the agents, and not knowing the business so my patients would not be happy. I was able to use Mr. McClendon to help me with JKM in getting my “Live” calls off the ground. JKM allowed me a trial period of 200 of my patients to be called for CPAP Re-supply reminder calls.
